Introduction to Art of Living.......

Few years ago when I was preparing for my IIT entrance exam, my Mama(Mother’s brother) told me that there is some course about something that is happening. I went there because anyways I had a very arrogant image on him, and I thought perhaps if I listen to him he may start thinking something good of me atleast…
Those are the days I never look back at now… I went and registered for the YES course on the spot that day with Sarika Didi… As usual I had the habit of portraying myself smarter, intelligent etc…(little days)
I went through the course… had fun.. however I used to do the Kriya sometimes.
During those times I learnt that there was yuvaratri in Mumbaii, I just knew that Guruji would be there that time…I registered for the event… I still clearly remember that day, I was sitting among the crowd… and person in white robes, long beard “charming and simple as ever” walked along the stage…I was just watching him(rather observing)…..in a few minutes i noticed that there were tears in my eyes…couldn’t explain it.. but from inside I wass feeling a sense of fulfillment…I dont remember what guruji talked that day…
Sooner I went on for an Advanced course in ashram with Guruji and life was never the same later, my journey had began….
Few Months later, I came to know that there was a Navratri Advanced course that was there, I never knew or believed that all these ill logical(that time) things could do anything..HoweverI went for the advanced course, and I can tell you Navratri was the best experience I had ever had till then and also one of the best till now…. I was witness to a whole new dimension to life.. So much had changed…And I knew that moment that “I am at the right place”…..

The US Express...

Time's flying by and its a fortnight now I am in the US. Recalling memories days ago  it was not even fixed that I will actually be coming to the US. Thanks to  the I20 document, that I received in the end on 13 th August, since then there was no looking back.. Managed to finish the rest of the stuff, packing, flight booking,  visa interview and other stuff. Sounds straightforward, but it was very  lucky of me that things fell in place, as the date on my I20 was 23i.e. I wouldn be allowed to enter the US after that and would need further  long stuff to do. Thankfully all the things fell in place and finally I boarded a flight to the US. Not to say that the VISA interview was good, I screwed it up, but in the end my destiny to come to US changed everything.
Suddenly everything was new... I came out of the Airport, I could see US as most of in the game "GTA Liberty City", its magnificent here, things are so automated, no need to move your ass. But a bit expensive as well. Then followed looking for n apartment, i  had not bothered about so many things as I was not sure to come, but suddenly all the things popped up and I had to take care of them.
The mystery in the story is that I was available directly on 18 August, as I was in the Teachers Training course.(mind blowing experience)
During the pre travel phase I always used to tell my dad "KHUDA MEHARBAN TO GADHA PEHLWAN", it was difficult for him to believe that how could things exactly suddenly fall into place, and I used to remind him about my MASTER whose watching....!!!
Looking back at those days, complications etc were created unnecessarily(bye University), but at the end things worked out.
I have described the whole story in a nutshell.. but the process was more than an year and then I get to come here.
Rest life here is good. Will keep on posting about life here.

The University Call !!!

After a long long time... I finally got an admit from The University of Maryland, College Park.

And I really experiecned the sweets of labour are sweet that night. The results had come as a complete surprise when I had completely lost hope whether I am anyways going to make it to a University.After continually receiving rejects... this was my admit. I was truely at top of my sprits when I received an e-mail from the University confirming my admission.

Other stuff is still in process and I should receive my I20 soon.

Will leave for the University on 18 August, immediately after my TTC.

Trip TO KERALA.......

I just completed reading the book 2 states, its a good book by Chetan Bhagat.
Its a love story of Krish and Ananya who studied together at IIMA, loved each other and are trying to find out ways to convince their parents for their inter caste , inter state marriage.
You can read it once if u have time.
